It will be easy to handle and fun to drive."1 In particular, the next-generation convertible will see a 2,200-pound body weight in comparison to the 2,410-pounds it currently carries. Using a 1.3-liter, turbocharged, four-cylinder engine with Mazda SkyActiv technology, the 2014 MX-5 Miata it will also receive improved fuel-economy.
