I'm writing to thank you and your sales staff for providing such a good experience for my parents and me. My mom and dad (combined age: 175) recently decided to purchase a new vehicle.  They were especially interested in trying a Subaru Forester, so I did the homework and we visited your dealership.

 It was a Saturday and your sales floor seemed very busy, but Ken Hauser, Kensey Shaffer and the rest of the staff (and the pup--nice touch) were polite, friendly and incredibly helpful as my parents tested the ease with which they could get in to and out of various vehicles.  Most importantly, they gave my parents as much time as they needed, but didn't make them wait an unnecessarily long time for anything.  Their thoughtfulness made my job much easier, too.

If trucar.com is true, the price you offered was very fair and my mom and dad were clearly pleased--I don't think my mom has ever agreed to purchase extra upgrades or services before.  She did note that Tyler met them at the door when they came to pick up their new Mazda 5, another touch they appreciated.

My parents have always believed that buying a car should be fun.  Thanks very much for making this experience live up to their expectations.
