I'm feeling uncomfortable over the car purchase we made. I'm a Chevy person. I wasn't familar with the model and it lacked all the features we had wanted. Plus the sale was very rushed. We were treated great from the second we stepped out of our vehicle. We told them our price range and the mileage we wanted. We ended up with a low mileage vehicle and within our budget.
Overall they do a pretty good job. It's hard to find somewhere you can trust to work on your car. I trust Subaru for the most part but they did charge my Mom for a cabin filter replacement that they did NOT replace. Shortly after they did it my Mom complained of a smell when on defrost, she thought maybe they didn't really replace the filter. Well she thought right because they didn't, I pulled the filter and it was obviously not replaced within the last year. Check your air filter and cabin filter if they charge ...
I highly recommend working with Ken if you are searching for a vehicle. When arriving I was uncertain of make and model, but knew features that I wanted. Ken used this information to provide me a variety of options. He was very knowledgeable and informative with all the vehicles we looked at. He also provided additional research that was extremely helpful when comparing all of my options. He located the vehicle I wanted very quickly and helped me through the entire process.

Has a vehicle 2e bought at Toyota in La Crosse their. Had servicenlight come on. Less than a monyh after purchase. They directed us to ford. Since it is a ford. Then refused to cover the sevice needed. Even under Toyotas all inclusive waruantee. The charge huge for. Sold a vehicle they couldnt even service themselves. Dahl eirked to get ford to help cover a big part if it. Even though not under fords warrantee. My sugestion. Need sevice dine go to Dahl. Buying a vehicle. Skip Toyota. Go straight to ford.

Bought my new Crosstrek from these fine folks and they’ve been my go-to for maintenance since then as they are the only Subaru dealership near me. Customer service has always been solid, never had any issues with basic maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.)

everything was just fine ,but still waiting for refund for unused contract they said they would submit for me. It has been almost 4 months for two unused oil changes and a tire rotation.

I recently had a 2nd positive interaction with Jake Fry and the service end of the dealership. A couple repairs with a major component of time-sensitivity were in play. As busy as they were, I felt my situation was given some very timely attention and things worked out far better than I could have expected, including very good communication throughout. I left with a safe vehicle for a fair price.

The only trouble that we had was that we were quoted so many different lengths of times that it was going to take to do the job. We ended up with two cars down in la Crosse because we are quoted one time 45 minutes another time an hour and a half to 2 hours after leaving the car we were told between an hour and an hour and a half. They called us with the car done after 55 minutes. With that short of time we would have stayed with one car having to come down to La cross.
