I was looking to buy a new legacy sport and Ken assisted me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He let me test drive two similar vehicles and went out of his way to answer all my questions. Our Subaru's warning lights went on while we were on a road trip. on June 14. We called around different Subaru dealerships. But they have no room for us for several days. I'm a repeat customer. You cannot beat the attached dog park... I mean what better place to go! I was casually looking for a bigger SUV for my expanding dog family, went in for an oil change on my Outback, and came home with an Ascent. All the while, my two pups played in the dog park. I bought a 2013 Ford C Max with high miles as a mechanic special. In the first week, we noticed what seemed like a wheel bearing issue. When I stopped by Dahl service, Blake had someone available right away to look at it and scheduled an appointment for the next week. Not only did they replace both bearings, they also replaced a brake light and windshield fluid hose at no cost. We had a problem with our battery that was still under warranty and they replaced it with a big better battery for free. Then we had a problem with our oil pan that was taken care of less than 2 years ago. They replaced it for free. They must have done something wrong, as we lost all the oil out of the car into our garage. I called them and they are sending a technician to clean it up. Dahl has been a supportive dealership for my needs since I purchase a new Ford Taurus back in 2010. They came through for me again in 2023. Their sevice of my vehicles has always been very thorough and saticfactory. I would never hesitate to recommend them or to use them again for any future needs.

We were treated great from the second we stepped out of our vehicle. We told them our price range and the mileage we wanted. We ended up with a low mileage vehicle and within our budget.
Overall they do a pretty good job. It's hard to find somewhere you can trust to work on your car. I trust Subaru for the most part but they did charge my Mom for a cabin filter replacement that they did NOT replace. Shortly after they did it my Mom complained of a smell when on defrost, she thought maybe they didn't really replace the filter. Well she thought right because they didn't, I pulled the filter and it was obviously not replaced within the last year. Check your air filter and cabin filter if they charge ...
I highly recommend working with Ken if you are searching for a vehicle. When arriving I was uncertain of make and model, but knew features that I wanted. Ken used this information to provide me a variety of options. He was very knowledgeable and informative with all the vehicles we looked at. Has a vehicle 2e bought at Toyota in La Crosse their. Had servicenlight come on. Less than a monyh after purchase. They directed us to ford. Since it is a ford. Then refused to cover the sevice needed. Even under Toyotas all inclusive waruantee. The charge huge for. Sold a vehicle they couldnt even service themselves. Dahl eirked to get ford to help cover a big part if it. Even though not under fords warrantee. My sugestion. Need sevice dine go to Dahl. Buying a vehicle. Skip Toyota. Go straight to ford.

Bought my new Crosstrek from these fine folks and they’ve been my go-to for maintenance since then as they are the only Subaru dealership near me. Customer service has always been solid, never had any issues with basic maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.)

everything was just fine ,but still waiting for refund for unused contract they said they would submit for me. It has been almost 4 months for two unused oil changes and a tire rotation.
